Meet Siobhan
I built the life that looked right. Then I built the one that felt like mine.
I am Siobhan J. Middleton. I was married for 19 years. I am newly divorced and an open nester, which is just my way of saying I chose to see this season as an opening, not a loss.
In 2020, during the pandemic, I turned 40 and realized the life I had built for myself was no longer the life I wanted. I started asking myself some really important questions. What do I actually want? Who am I becoming? How do I want to feel?
I had to get really honest with myself. So I started over. In my 40s. I got my first apartment. I started dating. I rebranded my company and fully became Freedom is the Lifestyle.
The experience behind the approach
A lot of life can change when you finally choose yourself.
I have been a life coach for over 12 years. In that time I have had the privilege of walking alongside thousands of women through the seasons that change everything, midlife transitions, divorce, becoming an open nester, and the beautiful work of coming back home to themselves.
Thousands of women have connected with me through this work, in coaching, in community, and through content that found them right when they needed it most.
My approach
The FREEDOM Method
Everything I teach my clients is built around this framework. It is a framework I have used in my own life and now bring to the women I coach, whether one on one or inside my membership community, The Freedom Circle. FREEDOM is not just an acronym for a checklist. It is a journey.
Face the Good Girl Conditioning
Reclaim Your Voice & Desires
Examine the Mask You Wear
Embrace Your Grown Woman Energy
Define Freedom on Your Own Terms
Own Your Story
Move Forward Boldly
This is how we get to freedom. This is the work.
What we believe
Freedom is personal
Your freedom does not have to look like mine or anyone else's. We start by figuring out what freedom actually means to you, on your terms, so that your life looks and feels exactly the way you want it to. Period.
Permission is an inside job
Nobody is coming to save you. The most powerful thing you can do as a woman is choose yourself, learn to trust yourself, and take baby steps forward. Right now. As you are.
You are not too late
You are not too old. You are not behind. You did not miss your moment. A life that is true, beautiful, and free is available to you right now.
